Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to answer your message.

How Data Is Protected
The site uses an encrypted connection, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated above. Because no user accounts are offered, this site holds no account password or user profile for an attacker to obtain.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Your place of residence may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The research supporting this site did not identify a broad Georgia consumer privacy law that creates a general deletion right. Georgia's information-broker breach provision, O.C.G.A. ยง10-1-912, is not a universal deletion statute. Because we retain little data, we can check our contact mailbox and available server logs and remove what we control when appropriate. Use the Contact page to submit a request. Public records held by Athens-Clarke County or Georgia offices remain outside our control, so requests concerning those records must go to the custodian.
